Irrepressible spirit

It has two middle schools, one administered by the township, where a dormitory collapsed during the earthquake, and the other administered by the county. Mr. Ye works in the second. Out of the rubble and through the dusts over the China quake came a heartwarming story - of how Mr Ye pestered and pushed officialdom in China for money to beef up his school's building, and saved lives.
