Is Malaysia ready to move on...?

It may appear that the shroud of mystery and desolation that concealed Malaysians' normal irrepressibly happy look has been lifted. When the wheels of justice slowly grinds, (hopefully it does grind) we'll be back in business ...with or without our sarungs as RPK writes:

"
Looking at Saiful’s uncle, who looks and acts like his auntie, you can now begin to understand what makes that young man tick. Did the doctor find Saiful’s uncle’s semen specimen in the young man’s sorry butt and that is why the police are not able to charge Anwar? That may explain why the police released Anwar on police bail after the dramatic Hollywood-style arrest just a day earlier.

Saiful’s father is a member of the Malay unity ad hoc committee that was set up to engineer the PAS-Umno talks. Another committee member is the Sapura Managing Director, Rameli Musa, an Anwar ‘crony’. Yes, little did Anwar realise that his ‘best friend’ was setting him up for a fall. Heading this committee is someone from Military Intelligence who I shall not name at this stage.

Yeap, Military Intelligence again. Now can you see why Military Intelligence leaked the information about the official report on Rosmah Mansor’s involvement in the Altantuya murder? It was meant to bring Najib down. And these same people are involved in the PAS-Umno unity talks, which has, amongst its ranks, committee members like Saiful’s father and Anwar’s so-called best friend, Rameli Musa."

Older then but younger than that now

Crimson flames tied through my ears
Rollin' high and mighty traps
Pounced with fire on flaming roads
Using ideas as my maps
"We'll meet on edges, soon," said I
Proud 'neath heated brow.
Ah, but I was so much older then,
I'm younger than that now.

Half-wracked prejudice leaped forth
"Rip down all hate," I screamed
Lies that life is black and white
Spoke from my skull. I dreamed
Romantic facts of musketeers
Foundationed deep, somehow.
Ah, but I was so much older then,
I'm younger than that now.

Girls' faces formed the forward path
From phony jealousy
To memorizing politics
Of ancient history
Flung down by corpse evangelists
Unthought of, though, somehow.
Ah, but I was so much older then,
I'm younger than that now.

A self-ordained professor's tongue
Too serious to fool
Spouted out that liberty
Is just equality in school
"Equality," I spoke the word
As if a wedding vow.
Ah, but I was so much older then,
I'm younger than that now.

In a soldier's stance, I aimed my hand
At the mongrel dogs who teach
Fearing not that I'd become my enemy
In the instant that I preach
My pathway led by confusion boats
Mutiny from stern to bow.
Ah, but I was so much older then,
I'm younger than that now.

Yes, my guard stood hard when abstract threats
Too noble to neglect
Deceived me into thinking
I had something to protect
Good and bad, I define these terms
Quite clear, no doubt, somehow.
Ah, but I was so much older then,
I'm younger than that now.

Rice did not relent : Rais only got more roiled!!!

Apparently, we lost Pulau Batu. I'm outdated! Sorry about that.

Anyway, must try to be relevant!

So Rais Yatim did the only "honorable" thing any Malaysian BN Minister can try to do. Defend Malaysian Government government's sodomy prosecution of Anwar affair. Rais told Rice, all these news about persecuting Anwar are not correct, that it was not true, nothing. So Rais said it was rojak. It was all according to Malaysian laws.

Rice stood firm on priciples.

But apparently even Malaysians don't believe Rais. Not when he always has his fly open!

There will be many things Malaysia BN government cannot defend. Many things they do are indefensible. Not because others say so. Not because the Star says so.

Rais never zips up!

Our BN Government Ministers should change their gear. Don't wear pants! Wear sarung!!!

But they might not relent! We may have to wear sarung. As Azly Rahman says---"One nation under God in "Sarong" protesting" against these bohong!

Isn't it ironic? For a nation that eats bread only, the US has more "rice"!

The US also have liars. Bush lied. But Bush and his party will be thrown out of Government, well before 2010!

No strings! No percussion! Just good old sounds...

Well, maybe just a little wee bit percussion!

US is a bully

US is a bully. They want to tell us what to do. Malaysia is a peaceful country and we don't rattle other people. We do not do sabre rattling...well, we only took out the kris from its sheath. We look after citizens well, the economy is fantastic and we also, apart from looking after our people, look after our territory.

It is not proper for Condi Rice to tell us how to look after our country. Our stockpile may not be adequate but we have enough of rice, thank you.

We even treat out opposition leaders like Anwar Ibrahim well. We even took video recordings of him while he was detained last week. We cannot release this yet, as we are afraid it might be doctored. Well, you know ... it could be pictures of somebody abusing his maid included. So please be patient. It will be released.

Meanwhile stay off from of our country.

TAILED and CurTAILED

Malaysian's Journalism most esteemed blogger, The Honorable Datuk Wong Chun Wai, of the Star, affirmed that the outcome of an election can be determined by blog posts.

That's good to know. There will be better debates if blogs can influence voters.

I am not unware that against my conscience and better interest, that the country's electorate for the last 50 or so years have been influenced by nothing else but the Stars and all the BN gomen sanctioned newspapers. The BN gomen have survived up to now to keep Wong Chun Wai and all the BN sanctioned people gainfully employed. Which is to say the BN gomen gives employment to "esteemed" journalists who suck up to them.

So what about bloggers and blog posts?

It appears that these may have to be curTAILED! Because they may have a fatal outcome to the tenure of the BN gomen.

It is very enlightening to note that despite the total grip of the sanctioned Newspapers to speak for the gomen, the GE 2008 did not fare that well for them.

What could possibly be the reasons? Blogs is a major one. Then there are coffee shops and warongs where people talk and exchange ideas. There is the possibility that these coffee shops and warongs may have to be curTAILED, too. But people talk at home and in bed, what then? They might have to be curtTAILED. What about people who use sanitized public toilets who talk? It seems they might have to be PENalised if not circumcised! There will need to be CCTVs in public toilets.

Despite all these measures, why have the voters not given 7/8 majority to the BN gomen? I hate to say this but the answer is obvious! Esteemed journalists like The Honorable Datuk Wong Chun Wai and many others are not doing their jobs for the BN gomen. If they had, why did this happened?

As law abiding citizens we are very concerned about this state of affairs. If people like Chun Wai did not do his job, we seek their expulsion from employment. Could we do that?

No, we don't have to. Just DON'T BUY the Star!!!

ARTICLE POSTED IN MP BANDAR KUCHING'S BLOG CAN INFLUENCE VOTERS, SAYS EDITOR
Bernama
Bernama - Thursday, July 24

KUCHING, July 23 (Bernama) -- An article posted in Member of Parliament for Bandar Kuching Chong Chieng Jen's blog from March this year could influence the minds of voters to feel anger against the Barisan Nasional (BN), the Election Court was told today.

Group chief editor of The Star newspaper Datuk Wong Chun Wai said the letter of "Mr Smith" posted in Chong's blog appeared as a reply to his article entitled "Hoe Leow, Boh Hoe Leow" published in The Star and on Star Online on Feb 29 this year, had no debate to his article.

Questioned by counsel Datuk Muhammad Shafee Abdullah, who represented petitioner Kho Whai Phiaw, Wong, 47, a regular columnist in The Sunday Star, under the column called "On The Beat" said the reply had put the BN in a bad light.

The article affected the voters for three reasons, namely the language was un-Christian, the material written was factually incorrect and was inflammatory as it touched on sensitive issues like religion, so it was bound to create a certain level of anger, Wong told the court.

He said the article would have some relevance during the election because, apart from being inflammatory, it would have a certain level of influence on the voting pattern.

Borneo vigour - good bucks without the Stars

Some things must come to end. When Bucky Stars fade there will still be light.

Patah tumbuh, hilang berganti!

Loosening tongues: Untwisting DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid)

It's a frightening word and President Bush would probably pronounce it as "DonkeyNadaSeed". If you don't panic as Bush does, it's just a nucleic acid. The "deoxy" means 2 of something. Birthday gifts have ribbons and the nucleic acid is ribonucleic acid. There are two of ribbons, so Deoxy.

And finally you have "Deoxyribonucleic" acid. That's simple ---now for a bet with President Bush.

You can take your pick of trophies ---- Iran or Iraq!

PAS on UMNO - We'll finish them off!

PAS Spiritual Leader,Tuan Guru Dato' Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat

"Umno sekarang sudah lemas dan dia nak minta tolong PAS, sedangkan PAS sendiri bekerja keras untuk melemaskan Umno, tetapi apabila Umno lemas sekarang kita nak angkat dia balik, itu bukan kerja kita.

"Biar lemaslah dia, dah 50 tahun kita lawan Umno, bila dia lemas kita lanyak dia...sepatutnya begitu," ujarnya. "

harakahdaily.net

English Translation:

"UMNO is drowning and crying for help at the hands of PAS (in their political rivalry ) but now we have to save them. It's not our job.

We've been battling them for 50 years. They've lost, so let them drown. We'll finish them off. That's the way it goes. [in bitter rivalry]"

UMNO and PAS have been clashing for half a century with PAS having a short stint in BN when Datuk Asri was President. They parted and PAS was embittered by UMNO's "unIslamic" (unchivarous ) backstabs. With the total media industry might at UMNO and BN's disposal, while the Harakah has been deprived of their right for daily cirulation and instead had to eke out a meagre circulation via a two (2) Editions only per month (not 31 days a month) no mere words of Abdullah Badawi carry any weight.

Nik Aziz, PAS's Spiritual Leader does not often mince his words and he won't ever apologise for saying "We'll finish them off".

RPK is blunt. He says UMNO should now "lie in the grave they've [themselves]dug"! Nik Aziz is blunter!

Pak Lah says unity with PAS is important for the sake of Islam. No PAS member will fall for that. Not if Christians, Hindus, Budhhists and atheists voted for them in the last election.

Nik Aziz flatly denied a rift bewteen him and Party President but acknowledged there are differing opinions among members which should underlie any party, not least UMNO by the robust daily clamour.

The only "miracle" UMNO can hope for is if they can engineer Anwar's DNA on Saiful's underwear. Thus the frantic spin wars that's been rolled out the past 14 days! They now want another sample of Anwars blood for a second sampling from which they are supposed to do a profiling. You can't stain anybody's underwear with a "profile" but you can, if you have a blood sample.

Incredible as it may sound, you'll forgive Dear Datuk Nik for sounding extremely harsh. There's bad blood apparently in UMNO's ranks and as the goings-on suggest, they'll stop at nothing.

Puff #@* ! It's the Magic Dragon

The 4th Floor boys are busy again!

The Cheek really did not win the Debat! I just hope Anwar's people are on the 5th Floor.

So they can piss down on the 4th Floor boys!

Abdullah Badawi spooked Nik Aziz and said PAS people, those with the "hard" say are talking to UMNO. Husam Musa, the real Moses, has come out to give a flat denial and pointed out it is just a dummy firecracker.
