Maybe Sibu should put up a barage like the one in Kuching to prevent flooding. The one in Kuching gets us wet when the Engineer and his men fall asleep. Engineering design there is bad - crude "gate" idea of regulating water flow. You'll understand the problem if you sink under water in your car and trying to open the door from inside or outside.
