MACC's Razak | Outrageous, incompetent dud lawyer

Why we are wasting taxpayers money employing this fool of a legal staff of MACC is a mystery.

Razak must have a fake law degree from Sungai Lumut!

What else would any sane citizen need to convince himself our country has gone to the dogs, with people like Razak and his superiors!

It's a sin to have a lawyer like Razak!

This is so embarrassing! The Attorney General Chambers together with MACC Chief Prosecutor Abdul Razak Musa are making a mockery of themselves and the country!

They had undoubtedly demonstrated and put on display the best of jackasses at work. Seeing is believing - that's Ketuanan Melayu lawyer for you Malaysia! Listen to him speak OMG, he can't even articulate well and he has been in law for 24 years?

Look at those people in the front bench fidgetting, restless, embarrassed as if secretly wishing the floor would swallow them up!

Abu Kassim should be stoned or shot before a firing squad if this is a display of what MACC is all about!

This fellow Razak is not a lawyer. He should be suitable for a Court Peon!

Yes, I noticed that - those seen at the bottom of the screen. Poor fellas, they were so embarrassed, one even tried to close his face for fear his laughter might draw attention and picked up by the camera!

Malu lah. I think the govt should sack DPP Razak, perhaps on medical grounds that he has shown signs of instability, why not?

This Razak is a good example of the kind of public servants we pay to run the country. No doubt there are a few decent Malaysians we employ.

Imagine all the other cases of corruption under this idiot's supervision and purview!

Salak, if we ask around the law fraternity we will most probably hear that Razak was one of the law students who was failed by external examiners but passed when these examiners left country! He is an embarrassment to the legal profession.

Jude,

Razak said he has been practicing for some 24 years, about the time that Mahathir became PM. Imagine how many of these duds are in public service!

The other professions might not be free from this malaise. Liow, lor ! :-))

No wonder our Ringgit has no value with dud accountants around!

Now they want to populate Malaysia with dud mosquitos purportedly to desexulize them into extinction and save us from dengue.

Lawyers should come under one umbrella regardless of where they serve - private or pubic practice. That might be better governance and hopefully we can exorcise this madness from community life.

["...Self-strangulation... what an awesome concept. You try to strangle yourself, then before you can fully cut oxygen to your brain, you pass out releasing your choke-hold... then you wake up and realize you're still alive so you repeat step 1... and keep going and going and somehow by the time you get close to dying you manage to graduate with a law degree and get to represent a government agency in a very high profile court case..."]

Razak made another killer statement during the inquest!

He threw a spoof and said that dead bodies were heavier!!!

I tend to believe him ! :-))

It's like coming back to life after you've been to heaven and telling everyone how nice or ugly it was ! :-))

But ... was he was threatening somebody???!!!

Who could he have meant?

It has to remain a mystery! Maybe the AG's Office with so much quaking going on in there might have an answer!

Even if we are forgiving enough to ignore the cekik performance, giving the benefit that there was a lack of oxygen supply to his brains when he did that.. but as a lawyer, he's not able to articulate well. I cannot really make out what he was saying, he spoke like a person trying to learn a new language. How can such a lawyer with such poor speech delivery make a presence in court?

MACC malu! Malaysia malu!

peng,

I believe Razak should be shot or stoned!

Looked like he was totally abandoned. Surely, he must have discussed the hearing with a superior before hand.

But there are no signs of any prep work at all.

His delivery? Kaput! A lawyer's tool - language : poor command. He could have used Bahasa. I doubt his Bahasa is any better because good command of one spills into the other.

Strategy? Aiyah! He had only to plead sympathy to be listened to so he could have created reasonable doubt. What did he do? Sheer cockiness!

He did show an inkling of rhetoric by the the strangulation antic. But he bungled bad.

A big puzzle is the absence of the expertise in the paid service of Dr Vanezis whose research on neck injury is reputed. And Razak had to kid around on the strangulation!

Perhaps, he's gotten the habit in thinkingt that MACC is invincible. Will MACC get away with murder?

Malu? Absolutely! A disgrace to his boss Abu Kassim and MACC. In fact he would be dangerous in any organization. He could be playing politics against his boss, too, instead of practicing law!
