Blogger to be questioned by Police

Bernard Khoo, who blogs on "zorro-unmasked" will have a date with the Police in KL at 3.00pm tomorrow at the Police Department behind Bank Negara.

His blog "zorro-unmasked" is believed by the Police to have unnerved them. It's unclear why. Voiceforous as he may be, there seems to be nothing untoward, as far as the laws go.

Let's hope everything goes fine with him whilst in the good and able company of Harris Ibrahim of People's Parliament.

Stay cool, Zolo! You'll need plenty of your coolness!

Let's see what they want tomorrow. I'm most certain Zorro won't be the last one hauled in for 'chit-chat' and perhaps Tea?

Perhaps the police need a big Z on their forehead... That is why they called him in...

:)

No lah, Jarod!

No Z-sign, No $-sign !

Just good chat. They can be just as nice, you know! They're after all, public, civil servants!

Z was ex-teacher?
Maybe they want to stop the pension he's enjoying?
For being unpatriotic?

Spike your tobacco Z! Blow the smoke into their faces. Then we have 'smoke gets in your eyes'.

'They asked me how I knew
My true love was true
Oh, I of course replied
Something here inside cannot be denied'

Relax... it's just invitation for Tea, the pleasure of his company perhaps may need his expert advice on choice of toabacco and pipe-smoking, no? Let's see how it turns out this evening.

Anyway for those of you in and around KL, do try to be there in solidarity, give support to our blogger friend Zorro in his hour of need. He had always been so supportive to the rest of us all these years, come on do for him this time, show you care. Thanks!

Those bully boys in blue probably decided there's not enough to do and instead relax with a long chat with our Z. Who knows, maybe he can
turn them around instead!

"...maybe he can turn them around instead!..."

Didn't RPK do that when the Kamunting Prison Ulamas try to turn him over and around? In any case the dynamics are always there!

Yes he did and I think many cops out there are just people like you n me but they have to look after their rice bowl as this evil gomen will brook no dissent from any quarter. Hopefully, will all the cosy tea n talks, Z will be able to change a few mindset too.

Peng, yeah, Z was EX Teacher. haha!

And I wonder whether tea tea got put some Jampi or not... to make him admit everything...lol

So he was in for questioning for 2 hours and was out before 5pm, unscathed! This was what Haris Ibrahim said on his blog:

" Cops wanted to ask Zorro questions about a posting last year that featured an image of what looked like the PDRM logo altered with the super-imposition of an image of a dog.

They are investigating what they perceive to be a possible offence under section 4 (1) (c) of the Sedition Act."

Another fear tactic applied! As far as I know most Malaysians refer to the cops as "dogs", no? Go ask your grandma and grandpa.

If Malaysians have not persisted, criticized, and vehemently demonstrated against the ISA (Internal Security Act), no one would disagree how easy it is for the Police to dump anyone in Kamunting.

Jong said...

Well said, Salak! Yes let's forge ahead, united we stand against ISA that has been abused and used to effectively silence those who do not agree with this umno-led Barisan Nasional government!

This why it is so important for our voices to be heard each time things are not right with the governance. Only when there is a groundswell of vehement protests will the govt take note to backtrack or review it.

How true, I remember all the oldies called police 'or kau' (with high note on the kau) meaning black dog.
