How serious was he when he chuckled in the middle of the the oath saying when the Chief Justice mixed up his words?
He was real serious but couldn't help chuckling when the chief justice couldn't remember 37 words in their right order and couldn't say "faithful" in the true sense.

The poor fella Roberts probably overslept. He must have been in such a hurry he couldn't remember anything else! Doubt he had breakfast. How do you make anyone swear on an empty stomache and in that cold?

Obama already signed the executive order to close Guantanamo Bay. How come no one is cheering him for this action? How come people are quick to criticize but very slow or reluctant to give credit?
