Earlier PAS Spiritual Leader, Datuk Nik Aziz had said that UMNO's early overtures to PAS were exasperating, suggesting that UMNO had to be saved from "drowning". More controversies and fears followed of PAS' real intentions making the rounds as UMNO spins to deflect attention from their numerous problems.
Today 31 July Dato' Seri Abdul Hadi Awang appeared before a press conference and once and for all declared --- there is no pact or understanding between PAS and UMNO.
